欢迎使用 iPet Family(以下简称“我们”或“本应用”)。我们重视您的隐私,并希望您清楚了解我们会收集哪些信息、如何使用这些信息,以及您可以如何管理相关数据。本隐私政策适用于您通过 iPet Family 应用及相关页面使用我们的服务时涉及的信息处理活动。
一、我们收集的信息
根据您实际使用的功能,我们可能处理以下类别的信息:
- 您主动提供的信息:例如宠物昵称、类型、品种、年龄、体重、喂养记录、提醒事项、消费记录、备注、兑换码,以及您在使用功能时输入的文字内容。
- 图片内容:当您选择拍照或从相册上传宠物图片时,我们会处理您选中的图片,以完成品种识别、图片处理、内容整理或其他对应功能。
- 订阅与权益信息:当您开通 Pro、恢复购买或使用兑换码时,我们可能处理交易编号、平台类型、订阅状态、到期时间、兑换码使用情况,以及用于识别当前设备的一次性随机设备标识。
- 本地偏好与使用数据:例如语言设置、当前选择的宠物、本地历史记录、应用内保存的数据和设备本地生成的标识符。这些信息主要用于保证应用在您的设备上正常运行。
- 联系信息:当您通过邮件联系支持团队时,我们会收到您的邮箱地址及您在邮件中提供的内容。
二、我们如何使用这些信息
我们处理上述信息,主要用于以下目的:
- 提供宠物品种识别、宠物资料管理、内容整理、图片处理及宠物百科等功能。
- 在您的设备上保存宠物档案、记录、偏好设置和历史内容,便于您下次继续使用。
- 验证、同步和恢复您的 Pro 订阅状态或兑换码权益。
- 响应您的反馈、咨询、投诉或售后请求。
- 维护服务安全、排查异常,并根据产品迭代需要优化功能体验。
三、信息存储与保留
我们会根据不同功能采用不同的存储方式:
- 本地存储:宠物档案、喂养记录、提醒、消费记录、语言设置、部分历史内容和设备标识等信息,主要存储在您的本地设备中。
- 远端处理:当您主动使用图片识别、文本处理或内容生成类功能时,相关图片或文本可能会被发送至第三方 AI 服务提供方,仅用于完成当次请求。
- 订阅同步:为支持订阅状态同步、恢复购买及兑换码校验,我们会将部分订阅相关信息存储在第三方云服务中,例如交易编号、平台、设备标识、订阅状态、到期时间和兑换码使用情况。
- 保留期限:本地数据通常会保留至您主动删除、卸载应用或清除设备本地数据为止;远端订阅数据的保留期限取决于业务需要、平台规则及适用法律要求。
四、第三方服务
为了提供部分功能,我们可能接入第三方服务。不同第三方会根据其自身政策处理相关信息:
- Google AI(Gemini)或兼容的 AI 服务:用于图片识别、文本整理、内容生成或其他算法处理功能。
- Supabase:用于订阅状态同步、兑换码校验及相关权益数据存储。
- Apple App Store / Google Play:用于处理应用内订阅购买、续费、退款和账单管理。
我们建议您同时查阅相关第三方的隐私政策和服务条款。
五、权限使用说明
为了实现相应功能,本应用可能会向您请求以下权限:
- 相机权限:用于拍摄宠物照片。
- 相册权限:用于从您的设备中选择宠物图片。
您可以在设备系统设置中关闭相关权限,但关闭后部分功能可能无法正常使用。
六、信息共享与披露
我们不会出售您的个人信息。除以下情形外,我们不会向无关第三方披露您的信息:
- 为实现您主动发起的功能请求,而向相应的第三方服务提供方传输必要信息。
- 为完成订阅购买、恢复购买、账单处理或权益校验,而与应用商店平台或云服务提供方进行必要的数据交互。
- 在法律法规要求、行政机关要求、司法程序要求,或为保护我们、用户或第三方合法权益所必需的情况下进行披露。
- 在发生合并、收购、资产转让或类似交易时,在必要范围内进行披露,但我们会要求接收方继续按照适用规则保护相关信息。
七、您的权利与选择
根据适用法律,您可能享有以下权利:
- 访问、更正或删除您在本地设备中保存的信息。
- 通过系统设置撤回相机或相册权限授权。
- 通过 App Store 或 Google Play 管理或取消订阅。
- 通过邮件与我们联系,提出与隐私相关的咨询、意见或请求。
如果您卸载应用或清除本地存储,保存在本地设备中的相关数据可能被删除且无法恢复。
八、儿童隐私
本应用并非专门面向 4 岁以下儿童设计。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。如您认为儿童在未经监护人同意的情况下向我们提供了相关信息,请及时与我们联系。
九、政策更新
我们可能根据产品更新、法律要求或运营需要对本隐私政策进行修订。更新后的版本将在本页面发布,并自发布之日起生效。若有重大变更,我们会视情况通过应用内提示或其他合理方式进行说明。

Welcome to iPet Family ("we", "our", or the "App"). We care about your privacy and want you to understand what information we process, how we use it, and what choices you have. This Privacy Policy applies to information handling activities related to your use of the iPet Family app and related pages.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you choose to use, we may process the following categories of information:
- Information you provide directly: such as pet nickname, species, breed, age, weight, feeding records, reminders, expense records, notes, promo codes, and text you enter while using the App.
- Image content: when you take a photo or upload a pet image from your library, we process the selected image to provide breed recognition, image processing, content organization, or other related features.
- Subscription and entitlement information: when you subscribe to Pro, restore purchases, or use promo codes, we may process transaction identifiers, platform type, subscription status, expiration time, promo code usage, and a random device identifier used to recognize the current device.
- Local preferences and usage data: such as language settings, the currently selected pet, local history, in-app saved data, and locally generated identifiers. This information is mainly used to keep the App functioning on your device.
- Contact information: if you email our support team, we receive your email address and any information included in your message.
2. How We Use Information
We process the information above for the following purposes:
- To provide pet breed recognition, pet profile management, content organization, image processing, and pet encyclopedia features.
- To save your pet profiles, records, preferences, and history on your device so you can continue using the App later.
- To verify, sync, and restore your Pro subscription or promo-code-based entitlements.
- To respond to feedback, questions, complaints, or support requests.
- To maintain service security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product experience over time.
3. Storage and Retention
We use different storage methods depending on the feature involved:
- Local storage: pet profiles, feeding records, reminders, expense records, language settings, certain history items, and device identifiers are primarily stored on your device.
- Remote processing: when you actively use image recognition, text processing, or content generation features, related images or text may be sent to a third-party AI service provider to complete that request.
- Subscription sync: to support subscription syncing, restore purchases, and promo code validation, certain subscription-related information may be stored in a third-party cloud service, such as transaction ID, platform, device identifier, subscription status, expiration time, and promo code usage.
- Retention period: local data is generally kept until you delete it, uninstall the App, or clear local device storage; remote subscription data may be retained as needed for business, platform, or legal purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party services to provide certain features. Those providers process information according to their own policies:
- Google AI (Gemini) or compatible AI services: for image recognition, text organization, content generation, and other algorithm-driven features.
- Supabase: for subscription status syncing, promo code validation, and related entitlement data storage.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: for in-app subscription purchases, renewals, refunds, and billing management.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of those third parties as well.
5. Permissions
To provide certain features, the App may request the following permissions:
- Camera permission: to take pet photos.
- Photo library permission: to choose pet images from your device.
You can disable these permissions in your device settings, but some features may stop working properly.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We do not disclose your information to unrelated third parties except in the following circumstances:
- When necessary to complete a feature you actively request, by transmitting required information to the relevant third-party service provider.
- When necessary to complete subscription purchases, restore purchases, billing, or entitlement verification through app marketplace or cloud-service providers.
- When disclosure is required by law, legal process, regulatory request, or is necessary to protect our rights, users, or third parties.
- When disclosure is necessary in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar transaction, provided the recipient is required to handle the information in accordance with applicable obligations.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have the following rights and choices:
- To access, correct, or delete information stored locally on your device.
- To withdraw camera or photo library permissions through your device settings.
- To manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play.
- To contact us by email with privacy-related questions, feedback, or requests.
If you uninstall the App or clear local storage, information stored on your device may be deleted and may not be recoverable.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not designed specifically for children under 4. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate parental or guardian consent, please contact us.
9. Policy Updates
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to product updates, legal requirements, or operational needs. The updated version will be posted on this page and becomes effective upon publication. If material changes occur, we may provide notice through the App or another reasonable method.
