欢迎使用 iPet Family（以下简称“本应用”）。在访问、下载、注册或使用本应用前，请您仔细阅读本使用条款。您一旦使用本应用，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本条款约束。
一、服务范围
iPet Family 是一款面向宠物主人的工具型应用，当前主要提供以下服务：
- 宠物品种识别：您可上传或拍摄猫狗照片，获取系统输出的品种识别结果、标签或相近品种信息。
- 宠物资料管理：您可建立宠物档案，并记录喂养、提醒、日常护理、消费等信息。
- 宠物百科内容：本应用提供与猫狗相关的基础知识、饲养常识、内容整理与信息浏览服务。
- 图片与内容工具：部分功能可能基于算法对图片或文本进行识别、整理、摘要、标签生成或创意处理。
我们有权根据产品迭代需要，对服务内容、展现方式、功能范围或访问权限进行调整。
二、账户与使用资格
- 您应确保提交的信息真实、准确、完整，并在信息发生变化时及时更新。
- 您应妥善保管账户、设备及登录凭证，并对账户项下发生的活动承担责任。
- 未经我们书面同意，您不得转让、出租、出借或出售您的账户。
- 如果您所在地区对未成年人使用应用有特殊要求，您应在监护人同意或监护下使用本应用。
三、用户行为规范
您在使用本应用时，不得实施以下行为：
- 上传、发布、存储或传播任何违法、侵权、欺诈、骚扰、淫秽、暴力或其他不当内容。
- 上传您无权使用的图片、文字、商标、肖像或其他资料。
- 故意提交与宠物无关、虚假、误导性或明显干扰系统判断的内容。
- 通过爬虫、脚本、自动化工具、接口滥用等方式批量调用服务。
- 破解、反向工程、绕过安全机制，或以其他方式干扰本应用的正常运行。
- 利用本应用从事任何违反适用法律法规或侵犯第三方权益的活动。
四、用户内容
- 您对您上传、提交或记录的照片、文字、标签、备注及其他内容依法享有相应权利，并保证您有权授权我们按本条款处理该等内容。
- 为实现识别、展示、存储、同步、推荐、摘要、渲染或其他与服务直接相关的功能，您授予我们一项非独占、全球范围、可撤销、免费的使用许可。
- 除为提供服务所必需外，我们不会依据本条款取得您对原始用户内容的所有权。
- 您理解并同意，因网络、设备、算法限制、内容质量或输入信息不完整等原因，系统处理结果可能存在偏差、遗漏、延迟或无法识别的情况。
五、付费服务与订阅
本应用提供免费服务和 Pro 订阅服务，具体权益以应用内当前页面展示为准。
- 订阅类型：Pro 为自动续费订阅服务；订阅周期以购买页面实际展示为准。若当前仅展示月度方案，则表示您购买的是自动续费月订阅。
- 价格说明：订阅价格以您购买时在应用内、App Store 或 Google Play 所显示的价格为准。
- 扣费方式：费用将计入您在相应应用商店绑定的账户，并由对应平台完成结算。
- 自动续费：除非您在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费，否则订阅将在周期到期后自动续订；适用的扣费时间以平台规则为准。
- 管理与取消：您可在 App Store 或 Google Play 的账户订阅设置中管理或取消订阅；取消后，已生效权益通常持续至当前订阅周期结束。
- 权益变更：如订阅权益、展示方式或价格发生变动，我们将以应用内页面或平台规则要求的方式进行说明。
六、结果说明与免责声明
请您注意：
- 品种识别结果、标签、百科内容、摘要内容、生成图片及其他系统输出仅供一般参考与娱乐展示使用，不构成任何保证、认证、鉴定结论或商业承诺。
- 识别结果可能受照片清晰度、拍摄角度、光线、宠物年龄、毛色、混种特征、输入信息完整度、模型限制及系统环境等因素影响。
- 百科内容和整理结果属于通用信息，可能存在简化、延迟、遗漏或不完全适用于个体情况的情形，您应结合自身判断再决定是否采纳。
- 如您拟将本应用输出用于交易、比赛、登记、保险、血统证明、商业宣传或其他重要场景，您应自行进一步核实。
- 在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因您依赖本应用输出结果、内容展示或服务中断而产生的间接损失、附带损失或后果性损失承担责任。
七、知识产权
- 本应用及其界面、代码、数据库、文档、版式设计、商标、标识、文章、图片素材及其他内容的知识产权，除依法属于第三方或用户的部分外，均归我们或相关权利人所有。
- 未经授权，您不得对本应用内容进行复制、传播、出租、出售、反向编译、改编、镜像或用于创建衍生产品。
- 对于您基于本应用生成或导出的内容，您的使用权范围以适用法律、本条款及第三方平台规则为准。
八、服务变更、中断与终止
- 我们可基于运营、合规、安全、维护、版本更新或业务调整需要，对全部或部分服务进行修改、升级、暂停或终止。
- 如您违反本条款、适用法律法规或平台规则，我们有权在不事先通知的情况下限制、暂停或终止您对本应用的部分或全部访问权限。
- 服务中断或终止后，您已保存在本地设备中的内容是否仍可访问，取决于设备状态、系统环境及应用版本。
九、条款更新
我们可能根据产品更新、法律要求或运营需要对本条款进行修订。更新后的条款将在本页面发布，并自发布之日起生效。您在更新后继续使用本应用的，视为接受更新后的条款。

Welcome to iPet Family (the "App"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you access, download, register for, or use the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
iPet Family is a consumer app for pet owners and currently provides the following services:
- Pet Breed Identification: You may upload or capture cat or dog photos to receive breed recognition results, labels, or similar-breed suggestions.
- Pet Profile Management: You may create pet profiles and keep feeding, reminder, daily care, and expense records.
- Pet Encyclopedia Content: The App provides general cat and dog knowledge, organized content, and browsing features.
- Image and Content Tools: Some features may use algorithms to recognize, organize, summarize, tag, or creatively transform images or text.
We may update, adjust, limit, or redesign any part of the services, display methods, feature scope, or access permissions as the product evolves.
2. Account and Eligibility
- You must provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep it updated when necessary.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account, device, and login credentials, and for activities conducted through your account.
- You may not transfer, rent, lend, sell, or share your account without our prior written consent.
- If local law imposes age-related requirements, you must use the App with the consent or supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.
3. User Conduct
When using the App, you must not:
- Upload, post, store, or transmit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, obscene, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Upload images, text, trademarks, likenesses, or other materials that you do not have the right to use.
- Intentionally submit non-pet content, false information, or materials designed to mislead or interfere with system output.
- Use crawlers, scripts, automation, abusive API patterns, or other bulk-request methods to access the services.
- Reverse engineer, bypass security, disrupt operations, or otherwise interfere with the App or its infrastructure.
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of any third party.
4. User Content
- You retain the rights you lawfully hold in the photos, text, notes, tags, and other content that you upload, submit, or record, and you represent that you have the right to authorize us to process that content.
- To provide recognition, display, storage, synchronization, recommendations, summaries, rendering, and other service-related functions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, royalty-free license to use that content for service delivery.
- Except as needed to operate the App, we do not claim ownership of your original user content under these Terms.
- You understand that outputs may contain errors, omissions, delays, mismatches, or failures to identify content due to network conditions, device limitations, algorithmic constraints, content quality, or incomplete input.
5. Paid Services and Subscriptions
The App offers free features and Pro subscription features. Specific benefits are described in the App at the time of purchase.
- Subscription Type: Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The billing period is the one displayed on the purchase screen. If only a monthly plan is displayed, your purchase is an auto-renewing monthly subscription.
- Pricing: The applicable subscription price is the price shown in the App, the App Store, or Google Play at the time of purchase.
- Billing: Charges are billed to the account associated with the relevant app marketplace.
- Auto-Renewal: Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will renew automatically. Renewal billing timing is subject to the platform's rules.
- Management and Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If you cancel, access to paid benefits usually continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Changes: If subscription features, display methods, or pricing change, we may describe those changes in the App or as otherwise required by platform rules.
6. Outputs and Disclaimer
Please note:
- Breed identification results, labels, encyclopedia content, summaries, generated images, and other outputs are provided for general reference or entertainment purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee, certification, appraisal, or commercial commitment.
- Outputs may be affected by image quality, angle, lighting, pet age, coat color, mixed-breed traits, completeness of input, model limitations, and system conditions.
- Encyclopedia content and organized outputs are general information only and may be simplified, delayed, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific situation. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment before relying on them.
- If you intend to use any output for transactions, competition, registration, insurance, pedigree claims, advertising, or any other important purpose, you must independently verify it.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based losses arising from your use of the App, reliance on any output, or interruption of services.
7. Intellectual Property
- Except for content that belongs to users or third parties, all rights in the App, including its interface, code, database, documents, layout, trademarks, logos, articles, image assets, and other materials, are owned by us or our licensors.
- You may not copy, distribute, rent, sell, reverse compile, adapt, mirror, or create derivative works from the App or its content without authorization.
- Your right to use content generated or exported through the App remains subject to applicable law, these Terms, and any relevant third-party platform rules.
8. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
- We may modify, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the services for operational, compliance, security, maintenance, or business reasons.
- If you violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform rules, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to part or all of the App without prior notice.
- After interruption or termination, whether your locally stored data remains accessible depends on your device status, system environment, and App version.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time in response to product updates, legal requirements, or operational needs. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
